Abstract

The synthesis of thermally robust gold nanoclusters Au99(S‐Ph)42 is reported, whereas the formula is determined by electrospray ionization and matrix‐assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry in conjunction with thermogravimetric analysis.
